McLennan development (99 Te Aparangi road, Papakura) is the first KiwiBuild development project with Housing NZ. Delivering 12 Terraced houses for first home buyers in South Auckland. The whole project only took 7 months to complete and has achieved a fantastic outcome. This success is the result of collaborative efforts by the project management team of Hobson Construction.
